This semi-automatic strapping machine is designed for general-purpose semi-automatic strapping, providing a fast and convenient way to apply polypropylene strap to boxes, bundles, and other packaging items. The operator's control panel features a tension gauge dial allowing quick and easy adjustment with a tension range of 10-100 lbs. It accepts packages as small as 2-1/2" wide by 1" high with no maximum size limit. The machine employs solid-state circuitry to eliminate downtime and operates on 110V AC. It includes four 3" swivel casters, two of which are locking, for easy movement. The machine accommodates 1/4" to 5/8" polypropylene strapping on an 8" x 8" core. Included with the package is one free coil of 1/2" x 9000' white polypropylene strapping. The dimensions of the machine are 35"L x 23"D x 30"H. Warranty coverage consists of a 30-day labor warranty and a 1-year parts warranty, which only covers manufacturing defects.
