The Justrite® flammable storage cabinet is a self-close double door unit with a 90-gallon capacity, compliant with the National Fire Protection Association flammable combustible liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for flammable storage of 1, 2, and 3 liquids, and FM approved. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space to help maintain lower temperatures, it features a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents capable of connection to an exhaust system. The cabinet includes a 2" deep leak-proof doorsill for spill containment and two 350 lb galvanized steel shelves that adjust in 3" increments and incorporate a spillslope design directing spills to the back and bottom of the cabinet. Full-length piano hinges support the doors, which have a recessed paddle handle equipped with a cylinder lock and padlockable latch for security. A stainless steel 3-point self-latching system provides positive door locking. Adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven floors. The cabinet is finished with a durable powder coat and displays a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. The self-close double doors automatically close in the event of fire when the fusible link melts at 165°F. This product carries a 10-year limited warranty.
