The Justrite Paint and Ink Storage Cabinet is designed for storing paint cans, aerosols, and inks with a 40-gallon capacity, helping separate and identify Class III flammable liquids. The cabinet complies with National Fire Protection Association specifications, OSHA regulations, and is approved by the Factory Mutual system. Constructed of double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1-1/2" insulating air space, it includes a built-in grounding connector and dual 2" vents for connection to an exhaust system. The cabinet features a 2" deep leak-proof doorsill to contain spills, and 350 lb capacity galvanized steel shelves adjustable in 3" increments with a spill-slope design directing spills to the back and bottom. The doors have full-length piano hinges, a recessed paddle handle with cylinder lock, and a padlockable latch for security, while a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking. Adjustable leveling feet allow for use on uneven floors. The cabinet is finished with a durable powder coat and includes a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. The self-close doors automatically close in the event of fire by means of a fusible link that melts at 165°F, activating the closing mechanism. The product comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
