The 40-2HD replacement casters include two (2) casters/brackets and come with mounting hardware and instructions. These casters are specifically designed for use on stepladders PT375, PT376, PT378, PT310, PT6005, PT6006, PT6008, PT6010, PT6304, PT6305, PT6306, PT6308, PT6310, PT7204, PT7205, PT7206, PT7208, PT7210, and PT7400 series (MK 4 and higher). To completely replace the casters on all four legs of the stepladder, two kits are required. For factory installation, the 40-4HD caster/bracket kit is recommended.
