The Heavy Duty Gravity Flow Rack 4 Level Starter Unit is designed for efficient multi-level storage with flow tracks that facilitate front feeds and maintain products at the pick point. The unit features uprights and horizontal beams constructed from 1-3/4" square tube steel, along with welded base plates for floor anchoring. Each level includes four 12"W roller tracks, adjustable at 3" increments, and is coated with a durable powder finish. The rollers are made from " diameter tempered aluminum, equipped with full-length 3/16" steel axles, and each level has a capacity of 1000 lb. The complete kit includes 4 upright posts, 4 front to back beams, 2 cross beams per level, 4 roller tracks per level, and all necessary hardware for easy assembly. This product comes with a 7 year limited warranty.
