The heavy duty gravity flow rack 4 level add-on unit is designed for efficient multi-level storage with flow tracks that allow for front feeds, ensuring products are maintained at the pick point. The structure features uprights and horizontal beams constructed from 1-3/4" square tube steel, with welded base plates that enable secure floor anchoring. Each unit includes four 12" W roller tracks per level, which can be adjusted in 3" increments. The powder coat finish enhances durability, while the rollers, made of " diameter tempered aluminum with full length 3/16" steel axles, provide smooth operation. The rack supports a capacity of 1000 lb. per level and consists of 2 upright posts, 4 front to back beams, 2 cross beams per level, 4 roller tracks per level, and necessary hardware for assembly. The unit is designed for easy assembly and comes with a 7 year limited warranty.
