The fan features a one-piece polyethylene venturi housing designed for easy maintenance and superior performance. It includes a heavy-duty blade and motor mount attached to a multi-adjustment bracket for tilt and lock fan angle adjustments. Safety wire guards enclose the high-performance direct drive motor, which features enclosed ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection, and is ready for hard wire installation. The fan operates at one speed with three galvanized steel blades, and the construction meets OSHA standards with the motor being UL and CUL listed. The fan ships fully assembled and is constructed from a one-piece molded black polyethylene housing that will not rust, while the round shape facilitates easy cleaning without corners for dirt accumulation. The heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant, powder-coated brackets, motor, and guard ensure durability, and the multi-position mounting brackets allow for tilting and locking the fan in place. The corrosion-resistant, black powder-coated guards comply with OSHA 1910.212(a)(5) requirements. Additionally, the totally enclosed, maintenance-free, direct drive high-efficiency motors come with completely sealed ball bearings and are covered by a two-year limited warranty. The fan can also be utilized with J&D's optional misting and fogging product lines. Horsepower rating is based upon maximum speed/load.
