The Typhoon Slant Wall Exhaust Fan is a 50" belt drive fan designed to eliminate heat build-up in barns, greenhouses, and industrial buildings. Constructed with heavy-duty 18 gauge galvanized steel housing and a venturi that supports a 12 gauge motor mount, this fan includes aluminum shutters on the intake secured with tie bars and shutter clips for reliable closure. The robust galvanized X-frame motor mount enhances rigidity for increased longevity and quieter operation, while the balanced galvanized steel fan blades ensure smooth performance. The enclosed motor is equipped with sealed ball bearings and automatic thermal overload protection, contributing to its durability. Additional features include a 12 gauge, 1" x 2" mesh guard, galvanized after welding, along with poly isolation guard clips to reduce vibration and noise. A heavy spring belt tensioner is incorporated for extended motor life. The motor is recognized by UL/ULC, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The fan also offers easy assembly and comes with a 2 year limited warranty. Horsepower rating is based on maximum speed/load.
