It is particularly useful when more than two conveyor lines converge, facilitating the transfer of packages between lines. This system is compatible with 1.9" diameter roller conveyors and features 1" diameter stud mount ball casters that are securely mounted in a robust 1-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H x 10 gauge galvanized steel frame, providing a capacity of 65 lb. per ball. To order, determine the required ball table size by adding the between frame width to two 1-1/2" frame sides, and select the necessary capacity based on application needs. Additionally, it is important to note that the closer the centers of the balls are, the smaller the package size that can be effectively moved.
