The Omni Metalcraft ball transfer table is designed for the manual rotation and positioning of products, making it ideal for workstations that require quick and easy handling. It is particularly useful in scenarios where multiple conveyor lines converge, facilitating the transfer of packages from one line to another. The table is compatible with 1.9" diameter roller conveyors and features 1" diameter stud mount ball casters, mounted in a 1-1/2" W x 3-1/2" H 10-gauge galvanized steel frame. Each ball has a capacity of 65 lbs. To select the appropriate table size, users should consider the overall width determined by the frame width plus two 1-1/2" frame sides and the necessary table capacity. Additionally, narrower centers allow for smaller package sizes to be moved efficiently.
