The WESCO® battery powered counter balanced stacker is designed for use in environments where traditional lift truck straddle legs may obstruct the work area. This counterbalanced stacker is ideal for tasks such as positioning dies, feeding materials into machinery, or loading/unloading trucks due to its lack of protruding outrigger legs. It features a proven battery powered hydraulic pump that allows operators to lift and lower cargo safely via a hand-held remote control. Standard components include a maintenance-free 12V battery, a 10 amp battery charger, a voltmeter, and a keyed on/off switch. The lift truck can be operated on AC current while recharging, and it includes a floor lock for stationary positioning as well as a mast safety screen to protect the operator. It is backed by a 1-year limited warranty. The powered lift and drive model is equipped with a high-torque drive motor for effortless forward/reverse movement, and ergonomic handle controls offer variable speed control with the option for left or right-hand operation, including an auto-reverse safety belly button switch. The stacker's 180° hinged design facilitates precise steering in confined spaces, while a spring-loaded mechanism automatically compensates for uneven floors to ensure drive wheels maintain contact with the surface. The unit is powered by twin maintenance-free batteries for both propulsion and lift capacity. Please note that appropriate counterweights (sold separately) are necessary to achieve the desired lift capacity, and orders will be canceled by the manufacturer if attempted without them. A dock is required for delivery.
