The Warehouse Auto-Stand Plus trailer stabilizing stand is designed to enhance safety by preventing forklifts from becoming nose-heavy and tipping when entering unhitched semi-trailers. With a static capacity of 100,000 lb., it meets OSHA 1910.178(k)(3) safety requirements. The stand is easily set in place by rolling it under the trailer nose and unlocking the restraint. Its gas-operated self-leveling system automatically raises the stand, which can then be locked into position without the need for ratcheting. Features include ergonomic handles with safety grips for easy positioning, a 17" x 18" base, and 5" x 30" x 1" thick trailer contact pads for excellent stability. Constructed from heavy-gauge steel for durability, the stand is equipped with an easy-to-operate locking-biased security lever and large 16" diameter solid rubber tires in combination with a foot bar for easy handling on any surface. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
