The Lift-All® Permaloc wire rope sling is constructed with high strength 6 x 19, EIP, IWRC class wire rope, featuring six strands of 19 wires each made from extra-improved plow steel, surrounding an independent wire rope core, which enhances resistance to abrasion for extended durability. The sling is crafted using a mechanically swaged, Flemish splice technique to form the eyes, ensuring that the eye strength is not solely reliant on the sleeve, thus providing greater reserve strength. Each sling comes with a Tuff-Tag displaying rated capacities for easy reference, promoting safety during use. The slings are compliant with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards. It is important to note that the rated capacities should not be exceeded, and sling capacity decreases as the angle from horizontal decreases; slings should not be used at angles less than 30°.
