The WESCO® Liftkar® SAL series powered stair climbing appliance truck is a powered stair climbing hand truck designed to reduce worker fatigue, minimize injury risk, and decrease the number of employees needed to deliver cargo. It features an innovative edge-of-step sensor that activates the brake when the truck approaches the next step, providing excellent load control and preventing accidental rolling down the stairs. The dual-speed control allows adaptation to various working environments. The truck is powered by a quick-change 24-volt sealed maintenance-free battery pack and charger, delivering exceptional performance with a maximum of 200 to 300 steps ascending and 400 to 600 steps descending on a fully charged battery. Constructed with a lightweight and durable aluminum frame for long-term use, it includes ergonomically designed handles coated with non-slip rubber for maximum comfort.
