The WESCO® Liftkar® Sal Series is a powered stair climbing appliance truck recognized as one of the most advanced stair climbing hand trucks available. It is designed to significantly reduce worker fatigue and the risk of injury, while also minimizing the number of employees needed for cargo deliveries. The truck features an innovative edge-of-step sensor that activates the brake when approaching the next step, ensuring excellent load control and preventing accidental rolling down the steps. It includes dual-speed control, allowing adaptability to various working environments. The quick-change 24 volt sealed maintenance-free battery pack and charger provide exceptional performance, enabling a maximum of 200 to 300 steps when ascending and 400 to 600 steps when descending on a fully charged battery. The lightweight and durable aluminum frame ensures long-lasting service, while the ergonomically designed handles feature a non-slip rubber coating for maximum comfort. Note that the noseplate is sold separately, and customers can choose from a variety of styles and sizes to best meet their material moving requirements.
