The Wesco® drum lifter combines the functionality of a conventional pallet truck with the capability to lift and transport 55-gallon closed head steel drums. It features an ergonomically designed pallet jack type handle that allows for raising and lowering the drum from a lowered height of 10 inches to a raised height of 14 inches, effectively lifting the drum 4 inches off the ground for safe transportation. The fingertip control mechanism reverses the action to position the drum as needed, reducing the risk of strain and injuries associated with manual lifting. This drum jack is equipped with 8-inch nylon steer wheels and 3-inch nylon load wheels for smooth operation and maneuverability. It is important to note that the drum lifter is not suitable for use with poly or fiber drums.
