This kit is designed for converting a forklift into a mobile pivoting boom lift, ideal for accessing high and hard-to-reach objects. The package includes a telescoping boom that adjusts horizontally from 84" to 147" in 7-1/2" increments and can be positioned vertically at five elevations, reaching up to 37 degrees (99-1/2") above horizontal. It features a 3' restraining chain with a grab hook, swivel hooks with safety latches, ten alternate hook positions, and a boom locking T-pin. The maximum load capacity on a single hook varies based on position: at the 36" hook position, it supports up to 4000 lbs., while at the 146-5/8" hook position, it supports up to 1750 lbs. The "S" dimension refers to the center-to-center measurement of the fork tine sleeves.
