The Prestolifts™ pneumatic tilt table operates without electrical power and requires less maintenance compared to conventional tilt tables, as it has no hydraulic fluid that can leak and contaminate goods. The table tilts up to 30 degrees with adjustable angles and heights, making it suitable for assembly and machine shop applications. It is powered by a Firestone Airstroke™ pneumatic actuator with a lifetime warranty, designed for long life and capable of working a full day without any duty cycle limitations due to the absence of a motor. The unit requires 80 PSI at 15 CFM air pressure and includes a safety pressure relief valve. A restraint chain prevents over-tilting, and the air-powered table must be securely lagged to a clean, level floor. The pedestal-mounted hand control allows for straightforward lifting and lowering and comes with an 8-foot hose for remote operation. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Optional fork pockets and custom sizes or designs are available upon request.
