The Prestolifts™ pneumatic tilt table operates without electrical power and requires less maintenance than conventional tilt tables, as it contains no hydraulic fluid to leak and contaminate goods. The table tilts up to 30 degrees, allowing adjustable angles and heights, making it suitable for assembly and machine shop applications. It is powered by a Firestone Airstroke™ actuator with a lifetime warranty, providing long life and continuous operation without duty cycle limitations since there is no motor to fail. The unit requires 80 PSI at 15 CFM of air pressure and includes a safety pressure relief valve. A restraint chain prevents over-tilting, and the air-powered table must be securely lagged to a clean, level floor. The pedestal-mounted hand control facilitates simple lifting and lowering and comes with an 8-foot hose for remote operation. The package includes the tilt table, actuator, safety valve, restraint chain, and hand control. A 2-year limited warranty is provided. Optional fork pockets and custom sizes or designs are available upon request.
