The Fork Level Indicator is designed to enhance safety and productivity by reducing damage caused by improperly aligned forks. This device assists forklift operators in determining the correct angle of the forks while entering a pallet or skid, thus minimizing the risk of piercing products or damaging pallet racking. The Accu-Tilt continuously displays the fork angle during travel or when parked, accommodating any angle required for specific operations. Key features include eliminating fork binding, compensating for ground level or tire wear, and decreasing training time for new forklift operators. The unit can be easily mounted on either side of the mast of any counterbalance forklift truck in under 2 minutes without needing tools, calibration, or adjustments.
