The Ideal Warehouse Quick-Change Universal Propane Forklift Safety Valve is designed to enhance operator safety by preventing LPG from returning onto the operator during the changing of a propane cylinder. It addresses the risk of injury from potential leaks, as a defective seal can cause liquid propane gas to spray unexpectedly. This shut-off valve is installed on the hose to stop LP gas flow to the coupler, ensuring safety in the event of a seal failure. The valve features a high-visibility shut-off handle that covers the coupler when open, preventing accidental disconnection. With straightforward installation, it is compatible with any forklift and steel propane tank, utilizing the standard factory coupler for simplified setup. The product directs any liquid propane away from the operator's hands and incorporates PVC plastic to insulate against cold LPG on the brass coupler. All components are UL rated for forklift LPG applications and the kit includes: (1) LPG safety grip, (1) UL certified ball valve, (1) individual pack of super glue for attaching the safety grip, and (2) pieces of LPG safety tape to prevent leaks at attachment points.
