The Big Joe® fully powered counterbalanced stacker is designed for applications where extended straddle legs or outriggers interfere with loading or unloading. It allows operators to easily approach mezzanines and racks with lower braces and is ideal for loading and unloading shipping containers or trucks since it has no stabilization legs to obstruct movement. The stacker features a tight 56" turning radius for maneuverability in confined aisles, a 2.2 kW lift motor that raises loads at 25 ft./min., and a 0.9 kW AC drive motor providing travel speeds of 3.1 mph loaded and 3.4 mph unloaded. It includes 42"L x 4"W x 1" forks with a 24" load center and adjustable fork outer dimensions ranging from 8" to 28". The package contains four 6V 224Ah maintenance-free batteries, a battery discharge gauge, and an integral 25 amp 110V charger. The ergonomic handle controls speed and lift with either left or right hand and features an auto-reverse safety belly button switch. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and requires a dock for delivery.
