The lift stacker serves as both a manual hand pump lift and an electric powered lift, making it an economical solution for maintenance and commercial applications, including the transportation of dies, molds, and skids. This battery-powered DC lift stacker integrates a manually operated pallet truck design, providing versatility for environments where power is unavailable. It features a compact design with a durable steel frame and a high-quality hydraulic pump paired with a 1.5kW DC electric motor lift system. The lift truck is equipped with (2) 12V 40Ah batteries, a 10 amp integral battery charger, a battery level gauge, and adjustable lowering speed. It rolls smoothly on (2) rigid nylon load rollers and (2) swivel nylon steer wheels with brakes, which are designed with foot guards for operator protection. Note that the fixed forks over fixed straddle legs style is intended for use exclusively with single-faced pallets, skids, and bulk containers.
