The Ideal Warehouse Extra-Thick Loading Dock Bumper features an enhanced 9" deep projection designed to prevent damage to loading docks and trucks. Constructed from resilient piles of truck tire material, this bumper significantly reduces vehicle and building damage associated with inadequate dock protection. It includes two 3/8" thick steel formed angles, designed to absorb over 80% of impact force, and is capable of withstanding approximately 1500 lbs. of pressure. The structural mounting angles allow for either welded or bolt-on installation to the surface, with anchor bolts (not included) protected by a minimum of 3" of rubber to prevent damage. This maintenance-free and weather-resistant bumper comes in an attractive deep black color, enhancing the professional appearance of shipping areas. It is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
