The Ideal Warehouse Extra-Thick Loading Dock Bumper is designed to prevent loading dock and truck damage, featuring a greater "stand-out" distance for enhanced protection. Constructed from durable truck tire material, this extra-thick dock bay bumper effectively eliminates vehicle and building damage associated with inadequate dock protection. It has an enhanced 9" deep projection, making it suitable for use with overly thick dock seals or steep decline approaches. The bumpers include two 3/8" thick steel formed angles and are engineered to absorb over 80% of impact force under approximately 1500 lbs. of pressure. They come with structural mounting angles that allow for welded or bolt-on installation to surfaces, while the anchor bolts (not included) are shielded by a minimum of 3" of rubber to prevent damage. These maintenance-free and weather-resistant wall bumpers are presented in an attractive deep black color that provides a neat, professional appearance for shipping areas. The product includes a 2-year limited warranty.
