The Ideal Warehouse Extra-Thick Loading Dock Bumper features a greater "Stand-Out" distance designed to prevent damage to both loading docks and trucks. Constructed from durable piles of truck tire material, this extra-thick dock bay bumper effectively minimizes vehicle and building damage associated with inadequate dock protection. The enhanced 9" deep projection is suitable for applications involving thick dock seals or steep decline approaches. Each bumper is built with two 3/8" thick steel formed angles that endure approximately 1500 lbs. of pressure, allowing them to absorb over 80% of impact force. Structural mounting angles facilitate welded or bolt-on installation, with anchor bolts (not included) shielded by at least 3" of rubber to prevent damage. These maintenance-free and weather-resistant wall bumpers are finished in a deep black color, providing a clean and professional appearance for shipping areas. The product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
