The wheel chock is designed to prevent catastrophic accidents by avoiding trailer creep and premature departure. Constructed from one-piece 80 durometer rubber, it features built-in traction grippers that maximize friction between the tire and the parking surface. The chock includes an eyebolt to help prevent theft and is recommended for use with cars, trailers, trucks, off-highway construction equipment, buses, aircraft, and other heavily loaded vehicles. It is also suitable for RVs, boat trailers, and other recreational vehicles. This product meets the OSHA requirement 1910.178(k)(1), which states that "The brakes of highway trucks shall be set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent the trucks from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks."
