The fully powered counter balanced stacker features a counter balance design ideal for die loading and machine feeding, allowing for close approach to racks and trucks without obstruction from outriggers or straddle legs. It is equipped with high-torque 24V DC 0.7 kW drive and 2.0 kW lift motors, providing 3-4 hours of operation at full charge or 8 hours when used intermittently. The ergonomic handle offers a throttle with infinite adjustment of forward/reverse speeds, lift/lower controls, an auto-reverse safety belly button switch, and a horn. The stacker includes an electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature that activates when the handle is released. The package includes two 12V 95Ah lead acid deep cycle batteries, an integral battery charger, and a battery level gauge. The forks measure 30"L by 3"W with a 15" load center, adjustable from 6" to 23" outer diameter. The stacker rolls on 10" diameter polyurethane steer wheels and 6" diameter polyurethane load wheels. A 90-day limited warranty applies, and a dock is required for delivery.
