Safety tags measuring 5-1/2 by 2-13/14 inches feature 50 lb pull force resistant hang holes and durable material resistant to UV, chemicals, water, abrasion, and tearing. Designed for Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) applications, these blank, laser-printable sheets include six tags per letter-size sheet with microperforations for easy separation and hang hole removal. Tags are suitable for outdoor use up to 2 years and compatible with Averys online design software for creating custom inspection, danger, out of service, and do not operate tags. Tags can be printed on both sides and written on with common marking tools. Comes in a Pack of 60.
