The ESD nesting box features top overall dimensions of 11-3/4"L x 8-3/4"W x 4-1/8"H and is designed to combine impressive strength and durability with complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive parts. With a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms, these ESD-safe conductive products meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. The boxes offer superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products, while their nesting design effectively saves valuable floor and bench space, facilitating the movement of boxes to work areas. Optional lids are available to provide complete product protection from dust and contamination, enabling the boxes to be stacked. The Fibrestat nesting boxes can be consistently used in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions with a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0. Their composite construction ensures high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability.
