The ESD lid for the nesting box measures 11-3/4"L x 8-3/4"W and is designed to provide electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive parts during storage, allowing boxes to be stacked safely. This product is available in various lengths, widths, and depths, and it combines impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling. ESD-safe conductive products feature a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. The lids are made from Fibrestat material, which offers superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products. They can be used consistently in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and show resistance to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0.
