The ESD nesting box features top overall dimensions of 12-3/8"L x 9-3/4"W x 2-1/8"H and is designed to provide impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling, along with complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive parts. ESD-safe conductive products exhibit a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms, and the Fibrestat products meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. These nesting boxes offer superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products, while the nesting design conserves valuable floor and bench space and simplifies transportation to work areas. Optional lids are available to provide complete product protection from dust and contamination and allow for stacking. Fibrestat nesting boxes can be utilized consistently in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, as well as mild acids and alkaline solutions with a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0. The composite construction ensures a high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability.
