Designed for optimal product protection, these ESD-safe stacking containers feature exceptional weight-carrying capability and superior physical properties when compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products, ensuring they will not bend or sag under heavy loads. They can be seamlessly integrated into automated applications and are made with ESD-safe conductive materials that have a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms. FIBRESTAT products meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. These containers facilitate optimum space utilization during assembly operations and can be used to create mobile work stations, providing complete protection from electrostatic discharge for the entire product life. They are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and exhibit resistance to cutting oils, greases, solvents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions with a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0.
