Jet mitering horizontal bandsaws feature a unique design with a swiveling head while the base remains stationary, allowing the stock to stay in position for accurate crosscuts and miters. The bandsaws come equipped with a variable speed drive system that enables easy adjustment of the blade speed. They include exclusive six contact point blade adjustable guide assemblies with carbide pad side bearings, and two load bearings mounted on a pivot shaft to evenly share the load on the back of the blade. The mitering head allows for angle cuts from 0° to 45°, and the heavy-duty transmission utilizes hardened and ground gears operating in an oil bath. A counterbalanced feed system is implemented through a dual system of counterbalance springs paired with a hydraulic cylinder. Additional features include a swing-away control panel, cast iron blade wheels, a coolant system, one bi-metal blade, and an adjustable material stop. The bandsaws are backed by a two-year warranty, ensuring durability and precision in performance.
