Iko inner rings are heat-treated and finished by grinding to achieve rigidity and accuracy. These inner rings are designed for applications where shafts cannot be hardened to HRC 58 to 64 and where it is not possible to achieve a surface finish of 0.2 µm Ra or less. The kit includes the Iko inner rings, and additional specifications such as the surface finish requirements and hardness ratings should be noted.
