The RIB® enclosed solid-core AC sensor RIBXRF is designed for fixed current sensing applications, accommodating a range of 1.25 to 150A with a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) configuration, compatible with 30VAC/DC. The X series includes current sensors equipped with either a 10 or 20 amp internal relay, allowing for activation of an external contactor, while currents up to 150 amps can be sensed externally using a solid or split current sensing ring. Certain models control and sense loads up to 20 amps without requiring an external current ring, thus minimizing installation time. Various models feature fixed or adjustable current sensing trigger points or voltage output. The device includes externally visible LEDs that indicate the status of both the relay coil and the current sensor trigger. Additionally, some models come with a closed-open-auto override switch that functions as a genuine override switch located on the load side of the relay.
