RIB® enclosed split-core AC sensor RIBXGA-SCAL is adjustable, supporting current ranges from 3 to 150A, and features self-calibrating wire leads. The X series includes current sensors with options for a 10 or 20 amp relay, where an internal 10 amp relay can activate an external contactor while sensing currents up to 150 amps externally with a solid or split current sensing ring. Certain models are designed to control and sense loads up to 20 amps without needing an external current ring, which considerably reduces installation time. The available models feature fixed or adjustable current sensing trigger points, and some options provide voltage output. Externally visible LEDs indicate the status of the relay coil and current sensor trigger, and certain models include a closed-open-auto override switch functioning as a true override located on the load side of the relay.
