The RIB® enclosed solid-core transducer RIBXKTV5-20 is designed for current sensing applications, supporting a range of 0-20A and 0-5VDC with terminals. The X series includes current sensors equipped with either a 10 amp or 20 amp relay. An internal 10 amp relay allows for the activation of an external contactor, while the design supports sensing currents up to 150 amps externally through a solid or split current sensing ring. This model facilitates control and sensing of loads up to 20 amps without requiring an external current ring, thereby streamlining installation. It features options for either fixed or adjustable current sensing trigger points, along with voltage output capabilities. The unit is equipped with externally visible LEDs to indicate the status of the relay coil and the current sensor trigger. Additionally, certain models incorporate a closed-open-auto override switch, which serves as a true override switch located on the load side of the relay.
