The RIB® enclosed split-core AC sensor RIBXGHF operates at a fixed voltage of 120VAC and supports current sensing from 0.5 to 150A through wire leads. This model is part of the X series, which includes current sensors equipped with either a 10 or 20 amp relay. The internal 10 amp relay can activate an external contactor, while external sensing of currents up to 150 amps is accomplished using a solid or split current sensing ring. There are options available for controlling and sensing loads up to 20 amps without requiring an external current ring, thereby minimizing installation time. The kit features fixed or adjustable current sensing trigger points, as well as voltage output. Additionally, externally visible LEDs provide status indications for both the relay coil and the current sensor trigger. Certain models come with a closed-open-auto override switch, which serves as a true override switch located on the load side of the relay.
