The RIB® enclosed relay RIBTE24P is designed for hi/low applications, featuring a current rating of 20A, a Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) configuration, and operates on 24VAC/DC power with a control voltage range of 5-30VAC/DC. This optoisolated series of relays is ideal for situations where the controller lacks sufficient coil drive power to activate a relay with the required contact rating. The relay can be energized by bringing power through a separate pair of wires along with the control output from the controller, or by utilizing a local power source located near the relay.
