The RIB® panel relay RIBME2402B features dimensions of 4"x2.05", a contact rating of 20A, and operates as a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) relay. It supports 24VAC/DC and 208-277VAC power levels, with a control voltage range of 5-30VAC/DC. This optoisolated series relay is particularly useful when the controller lacks sufficient coil drive power to energize a relay with the required contact rating. The power necessary to energize the relay can be supplied through a separate pair of wires that accompany the control output from the controller, or it can derive from a local power source situated near the relay.
