The DeWalt 6-1/2" Tracksaw Kit, model DWS520CK, features a zero clearance TrackSaw™ cutting system that delivers precise, straight, splinter-free cuts and works with TrackSaw™ dual-edged tracks for perfectly straight cuts in both directions. It offers an on-track cut depth of 2-1/8" (54mm) at 90° and 1-5/8" (41mm) at 45°, with a depth scale that accurately indicates the exact depth of cut accounting for track thickness. Powered by a 12A, 1300W motor, this saw can effortlessly cut through hardwoods up to 2-1/8" thick. Safety features include a continuous anti-kickback mechanism and riving knife to prevent kickback when engaged. The low profile blade guard allows use in confined spaces, while the straight plunge mechanism ensures optimal ergonomics. Dust collection is optimized by a universal 1-1/4" dust port with 90% efficiency when connected to a vacuum.
