The DeWalt non-ferrous metal saw blade, model DW7665, features a 5/8" arbor and a 10" diameter with 80 teeth per inch (TPI). It is constructed with large C4 micrograin carbide teeth that are precision-ground using fine-grit diamond wheels, enabling each tooth to plane wood for an exceptionally smooth finish. The blade incorporates a heavy-gauge laser-cut hardened and tempered steel plate that is precision-balanced to provide accurate cuts and produce tight joints. Ultra-sharp cutting edges significantly reduce splintering and tear-out, while the extra-hard carbide composition helps maintain sharpness over extended use. Laser-cut expansion slots are included to minimize noise and edge vibration, ensuring an excellent surface finish. The blade can be re-sharpened through a woodworking blade re-sharpening service that restores it to original factory specifications, extending its overall lifespan.
