The Green 16" utility/sanitation rack includes five 2-1/2" hooks and measures 17-1/4"W x 3"H x 3"D. This green PVC-coated 16" 5-hook rack is designed for cross-contamination reduction, ensuring HACCP compliance (HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). It can endure daily cleaning with bleaches, common acids, bases, and solvents commonly used in sanitizing food plants and chemical plants. The rack is intended to hold sanitation brushes and tools in one area, serving a single machine or operation, with one inch of spacing from the wall that allows for cleaning behind the rack. The color-coded design aids in reducing the spread of bacteria by preventing the mixing of cleaning utensils from different areas of the plant; utilizing different colored cleaning utensils for various areas minimizes the risk of bacterial spread and disease in food plants.
