This rack is PVC coated and designed to comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations, effectively reducing cross-contamination. It is constructed to endure daily cleaning with bleaches, common acids, bases, and solvents typically used in food plant sanitation and chemical environments.
