The RWM Casters 8" x 2" Durastan Phenolic Wheel with Roller Bearing is designed for a 1/2" axle and has a capacity of 1400 lb. These casters feature Durastan Phenolic wheels, which are molded from prime phenolic resin compounds to ensure maximum density and strength. The wheels are constructed from a special water-resistant compound that incorporates homogeneous fiber reinforcement, providing excellent performance even in wet and cold environments. They are resistant to degradation, deterioration, and corrosion from oil, grease, and commonly used acids and solvents. Durastan Phenolic wheels are suitable for a variety of floor types, although they are not recommended for resilient tile. It is important to note that these wheels should not be towed at high speeds or used on poor or damaged floors.
