The kit includes a high-strength polyethylene hopper that is lightweight and significantly more durable than plywood, steel, or fiberglass. The long-life, high-density, food-grade polyethylene material is non-porous, resistant to moisture and chemicals, and features a thick-walled, seamless one-piece construction that is extra strong and leak-proof, with no corners or seams to harbor feed or bacteria. The rugged, all-welded, bolt-on steel frame provides solid support and is powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Wheel brackets are attached to the frame rather than the hopper to prevent stress and breakage, and rust-resistant, stainless steel truss head bolts and fender washers are used for attaching the hopper to the frame. The carts are designed to turn quickly in a stationary circle on large, rugged swivels with grease fittings, ensuring quieter operation and rounded polyethylene edges to prevent damage to doors and walls while reducing noise.
