The kit includes a Curtis® transistor travel controller and a 24-volt DC permanent magnet drive motor, along with integral 24-volt 65 A.H. AGM maintenance-free rechargeable batteries and a direct connect 110A 110VAC charger as standard. It features a 24" load center, with fork dimensions of 27"W x 45"L, and is equipped with an 8.3" x 2.8" polyurethane drive tire and 4" x 2" polyurethane load wheels. The system offers infinitely variable speed operation for tight turning in close quarters, complemented by an ergonomic handle with a safety reversing switch, thumb control, and horn. A key switch limits access to approved personnel, while an emergency power disconnect enhances safety. The electromagnetic disc brake supports safe and secure stopping under all conditions, allowing travel speeds of up to 2.8 MPH when not carrying freight and 2.5 MPH under load. An optional load back rest is available for further customization.
