The all-new 3600SS features exclusive SmartSite™ technology, ensuring perfectly aligned time card punches and document stamping. It includes up to 2 lines of customizable alphanumeric messaging, with a capacity for an unlimited number of employees, and an adjustable side loading mechanism for time cards and documents that accommodates single or multi-sheet thickness. The setup takes only 2 minutes, and the counter mode allows for sequential page numbering up to 9999 consecutive stamps. The 3600SS prints year, date, and time in various formats (AM/PM, military, or 100th of hour) and offers 14 selectable messages for time-sensitive documents. It requires no resetting for short months, leap years, or daylight saving time adjustments, employs dot matrix printing for accuracy and longevity, and features a large, easy-to-read LCD display that shows the time, date, and day of the week. Additionally, it has a 30-day battery backup, supports right or left-hand printing, and can be wall or desk mounted. The ribbon cartridge is long-lasting and easily replaceable, and the printer operates in three languages: English, Spanish, and French.
