The Liquid Bag Filter is made of 100% synthetic polyester felt, measuring 4-1/8" in diameter and 8" in length, with a filtration rating of 25 microns and a standard steel ring. Packaged in quantities of 50, this filter features an economical depth filter media achieved through an optimal combination of fiber diameters, weights, and thicknesses. To minimize fiber migration, the polyester bags undergo a singeing process. In addition, the polyester materials comply with FDA regulations for food contact, specifically under CFR 21, section 177.1520, making them suitable for applications requiring food safety. The filters are designed to effectively remove both solid and gelatinous particles and offer broad chemical compatibility.
